[ASN] O\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cvspoa.org.br\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centro de Vida Saud\u00e1vel \u2013 Espa\u00e7o Novo Tempo<\/a> iniciou seu atendimento em Porto Alegre na segunda-feira, dia 13 de abril. A Igreja Adventista do S\u00e9timo Dia (IASD) no leste do Rio Grande do Sul, com sede na capital, pensou em um meio em que os adventistas pudessem se inserir na comunidade diante o perfil de vida atual. Foi assim que surgiu o Centro de Vida Saud\u00e1vel. E, dentro desse contexto de ritmo intenso das grandes cidades, o centro pretende influenciar positivamente os cidad\u00e3os e assim contribuir com a qualidade de vida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leia tamb\u00e9m:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.adventistas.org\/pt\/saude\/8-remedios-naturais\/\" target=\"_blank\">Conhe\u00e7a os oito rem\u00e9dios da natureza<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.adventistas.org\/pt\/noticia\/estilo-de-vida\/agua-e-insubstituivel-para-o-organismo-humano\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00c1gua \u00e9 insubstitu\u00edvel para o organismo humano; veja o v\u00eddeo<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O presidente da Igreja Adventista no leste do RS, pastor <a href=\"http:\/\/asr.adventistas.org\/blog\/lider\/marcos-oliveira-junior\/\" target=\"_blank\">Marcos J\u00fanior<\/a>, conta que foi durante um encontro dos presidentes da IASD na Am\u00e9rica do Sul que ele ouviu a respeito do Centro de Vida Saud\u00e1vel da Argentina e assim teve seu interesse despertado para esse projeto. \u201cL\u00e1 o centro \u00e9 em Buenos Aires e percebi que era poss\u00edvel fazer o mesmo em Porto Alegre, pois as cidades e popula\u00e7\u00e3o possuem caracter\u00edsticas parecidas\u201d, conta J\u00fanior. \u201cEu peguei mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es com o presidente de l\u00e1 e ent\u00e3o adaptamos para a nossa realidade. Apresentar que a sa\u00fade tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um tema relacionado com a espiritualidade\u201d, pontua o pastor Marcos J\u00fanior. O centro ter\u00e1 uma sala de leitura com materiais e livros sobre sa\u00fade que ajudar\u00e3o a dar uma melhor compreens\u00e3o sobre esse assunto.<\/p>\n<p>No que diz respeito \u00e0 alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel, este centro conta com a parceria da empresa <a href=\"http:\/\/www.superbom.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\">Superbom<\/a>, que est\u00e1 neste ramo h\u00e1 90 anos. \u201cAtualmente existe uma grande preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e neste centro as pessoas ter\u00e3o a oportunidade de aprender um pouco mais sobre como conservar a sa\u00fade atrav\u00e9s do alimento. Alimento \u00e9 vida e alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel \u00e9 o que necess\u00e1rio hoje em dia\u201d, destaca o diretor da Superbom, Adamir Alberto. \u201cA Superbom contribui com esse projeto ao produzir alimento saud\u00e1vel. Estamos no mercado h\u00e1 90 anos e desde o in\u00edcio temos a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica de produzir alimentos saud\u00e1veis. N\u00e3o estamos preocupados com grandes volumes, ou outro mercado, nosso foco \u00e9 a sa\u00fade\u201d, finaliza.<\/p>\n<p>As atividades oferecidas caracterizam-se em atendimentos que ser\u00e3o oferecidos com agendamento pr\u00e9vio e acompanhamento profissional. Tais como sa\u00fade bucal, massoterapia, pilates, terapia familiar e checkup biol\u00f3gico. Tamb\u00e9m ter\u00e3o oficinas artesanais que ocorrer\u00e3o no sistema de encontros. Dentre elas, curso da L\u00edngua Brasileira de Sinais, (Libras), Musicoterapia, Culin\u00e1ria Saud\u00e1vel, Fotografia, Programa de conversa\u00e7\u00e3o em Ingl\u00eas, escola vegetaria, dentre outros cursos que ser\u00e3o abertos ao longo do ano.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o local servir\u00e1 para outros eventos, como palestras, workshops, semin\u00e1rios, congressos, sarau liter\u00e1rio, feiras e muito mais.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO Centro de Vida Saud\u00e1vel \u2013 Espa\u00e7o Novo Tempo de Porto Alegre estar\u00e1 aberto das 9 horas da manh\u00e3 \u00e0s 8 horas da noite, para atender toda a comunidade. Foi atrav\u00e9s das redes sociais que ela ficou sabendo da iniciativa.\"Uma amiga minha compartilhou no Facebook a respeito desse curso, eu achei bem interessante e resolvi me inscrever\", conta Luciana. \"Cada vez mais as pessoas buscam fazer alimentos saud\u00e1veis. Eu achei a ideia interessante e quis aprender tamb\u00e9m para fazer em minha casa. Eu achei bem legal essa iniciativa. Nunca tinha participado de nada desse tipo\", conclui.<\/p>\n<p>Gladis Subtil de Souza \u00e9 funcion\u00e1ria p\u00fablica e durante o hor\u00e1rio do almo\u00e7o, com outras duas colegas de trabalho, passou em frente ao centro. Se interessou e entrou para conhecer mais sobre esse novo espa\u00e7o na cidade. \u201cA primeira impress\u00e3o que tive desse centro foi \u00f3tima. Est\u00e1vamos passando em frente e fomos bem acolhidas. Nos mostraram esse local todo, com coisas que n\u00f3s procuramos, coisas saud\u00e1veis, coisas que n\u00e3o vemos todos os dias. Gostamos muito\u201d, afirma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Envolvimento dos adventistas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este centro ser\u00e1 a oportunidade para o envolvimento dos adventistas. Atrav\u00e9s do voluntariado eles poder\u00e3o desenvolver seus talentos para atender a comunidade. Os diversos profissionais adventistas poder\u00e3o disponibilizar ali algumas horas de ajuda humanit\u00e1ria. Um empres\u00e1rio adventista talvez nunca pregue um serm\u00e3o evangel\u00edstico, mas pode conduzir semin\u00e1rios sobre administra\u00e7\u00e3o financeira neste local, por exemplo.<\/p>\n<p>Em Porto Alegre, o projeto \u00e9 organizado pelo pastor Samuel Silva e Vin\u00edcius Santos, que ser\u00e1 o recepcionista desse local. Santos possui experi\u00eancia em evangelismo, j\u00e1 atuou como obreiro b\u00edblico e ajudou a fundar uma igreja em uma cidade sem presen\u00e7a adventista no Uruguai. Ambos frequentam a igreja adventista central de Porto Alegre. Atualmente eles tamb\u00e9m ajudam a organizar os profissionais de sa\u00fade e de outras \u00e1reas para atenderem nesse centro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Novos centros <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A ideia inicial era implantar o Centro de Vida Saud\u00e1vel em Porto Alegre, mas a proposta j\u00e1 contagiou outras pessoas e em maio ser\u00e1 inaugurado outro em Pelotas,\u00a0 a segunda maior cidade da regi\u00e3o leste do Estado. \u201cAssim, quem sabe, esse seja o in\u00edcio de v\u00e1rios centros de influ\u00eancia que surgir\u00e3o\u201d, imagina Marcos J\u00fanior.
