[ASN] Vintage \u00e9 uma palavra que vem da l\u00edngua inglesa e \u00e9 usada tamb\u00e9m no Brasil para se referir ao estilo de vida e \u00e0 recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos das d\u00e9cadas de 1920 a 1960. A ideia de retomar coisas boas do passado inspirou o uso desse termo para nomear o projeto de envolvimento dos pastores adventistas na vis\u00e3o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cadaumsalvandoum.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cCada Um Salvando Um\u201d<\/a>, proposta da<a href=\"http:\/\/usb.adventistas.org\/\" target=\"_blank\"> Uni\u00e3o Sul-Brasileira (USB)<\/a>, que administra a Igreja Adventista do S\u00e9timo Dia no Sul do Brasil. O \u201cCada Um Salvando Um\u201d motiva os fi\u00e9is a descobrirem e utilizarem os mais variados dons para transformar a pr\u00f3pria vida num minist\u00e9rio de pr\u00e1tica crist\u00e3. \u201cPesquisando documentos antigos, de 1937, descobrimos que esse direcionamento j\u00e1 existia naquela \u00e9poca\u201d, justifica o idealizador do <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maisumdiscipulo.com\/conecte-se\/formacao-de-lideres\/vintage-brasil\/\" target=\"_blank\">Vintage<\/a>, Alex Palmeira, sobre a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201cresgate do passado\u201d para buscar as ra\u00edzes da vis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A proposta do <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maisumdiscipulo.com\/conecte-se\/formacao-de-lideres\/vintage-brasil\/\" target=\"_blank\">Vintage<\/a>, segundo o pastor, \u00e9 ser um \u201ccanal para alimentar a proposta do `Cada Um Salvando Um` para os l\u00edderes\u201d. Com reuni\u00f5es peri\u00f3dicas, o intuito \u00e9 abrir o di\u00e1logo para troca de ideias e consultas, fortalecer a proposta, expandir a vis\u00e3o de miss\u00f5es, estimular o senso de desenvolvimento ministerial, aprimorar o conhecimento de novas abordagens e investir nas pessoas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A primeira reuni\u00e3o ocorreu no dia 18 de fevereiro no audit\u00f3rio da USB com 40 pastores de Curitiba e regi\u00e3o metropolitana. O encontro abordou os desafios contempor\u00e2neos da miss\u00e3o, estimulando os homens para uma nova mentalidade por meio de discuss\u00f5es sobre o processo de crescimento espiritual. A partir das confer\u00eancias, os pastores v\u00e3o repassar as ideias para as igrejas, sendo treinadores regulares e promovendo o surgimento de novos l\u00edderes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Os encontros acontecer\u00e3o todos os meses em Curitiba e em duas oportunidades em Florian\u00f3polis e Porto Alegre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Confira os temas e as
