Foto: Thiago Spalato<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais de 30 volunt\u00e1rios, entre colaboradores e pastores da Igreja Adventista do Sudeste Paulista, participaram da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=K2XdYvoH2zw\">Miss\u00e3o Amazonas<\/a> no m\u00eas de abril. Foram 10 dias de atividades pr\u00e1ticas e espirituais na comunidade ribeirinha S\u00e3o Francisco, localizada no estado do Amazonas. Enquanto atendiam a comunidade, faziam do barco conhecido como \u201cIgreja que Navega\u201d sua casa: dormiam em redes, realizavam suas refei\u00e7\u00f5es e o barco atendia as necessidades b\u00e1sicas dos volunt\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A iniciativa faz parte de um projeto anual da Igreja Adventista para a regi\u00e3o Sudeste Paulista. Segundo Roger Menezes, secret\u00e1rio executivo e l\u00edder do Servi\u00e7o Volunt\u00e1rio Adventista, o objetivo vai al\u00e9m da a\u00e7\u00e3o social. \u201cParticipamos da Miss\u00e3o Amazonas como um momento de conex\u00e3o entre os colaboradores, mas, acima de tudo, como um compromisso de levar a Palavra e proclamar o evangelho de uma maneira diferente, materializando o amor ao pr\u00f3ximo por meio da conviv\u00eancia e do servi\u00e7o \u00e0s comunidades ribeirinhas\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Atividades realizadas na Miss\u00e3o Amazonas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante os 10 dias, os volunt\u00e1rios realizaram diversas atividades, como atendimentos odontol\u00f3gicos, constru\u00e7\u00e3o, pintura, a\u00e7\u00f5es com crian\u00e7as, visitas \u00e0s fam\u00edlias e encontros especiais realizados todas as noites. Cada iniciativa foi pensada para colaborar com o dia a dia da comunidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex Paulista e volunt\u00e1rio no projeto, a experi\u00eancia vai al\u00e9m do servi\u00e7o prestado. \u201cA obra mission\u00e1ria \u00e9 muito mais do que pregar, \u00e9 demonstrar amor. Estar aqui com esses irm\u00e3os tem sido uma b\u00ean\u00e7\u00e3o. Durante a miss\u00e3o, muitos moradores atravessaram o rio diariamente para participar das atividades, tanto durante o dia quanto a noite. Essa realidade marcou profundamente os volunt\u00e1rios. \u201cVimos muitas cenas de irm\u00e3os chegando de barco, saindo quando j\u00e1 estava tudo escuro e retornando bem cedo, muitas vezes com toda a fam\u00edlia. Por isso, uma das principais frentes da <a href=\"https:\/\/missoesnoroeste.org\/projetos\/salva-vidas-amazonia\/\">Miss\u00e3o Salva Vidas Amaz\u00f4nia<\/a> \u00e9 oferecer suporte nessa \u00e1rea. \u201cMontamos um consult\u00f3rio completo, trouxemos equipamentos e materiais necess\u00e1rios e realizamos limpezas, restaura\u00e7\u00f5es e o planejamento dos casos atendidos\u201d, explica uma das dentistas volunt\u00e1rias, Lais Aceti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para os moradores, a presen\u00e7a dos volunt\u00e1rios representa cuidado e esperan\u00e7a. \u201cCada vez que uma miss\u00e3o vem at\u00e9 aqui \u00e9 um privil\u00e9gio, uma b\u00ean\u00e7\u00e3o de Deus. Temos muita dificuldade em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a atendimento odontol\u00f3gico, porque a lancha que oferece esse servi\u00e7o passa apenas uma vez por m\u00eas. Quando a miss\u00e3o vem, somos atendidos\u201d, conta Sheyla Silva, moradora da comunidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A experi\u00eancia tamb\u00e9m deixou marcas na vida dos volunt\u00e1rios. \u201cDepois da miss\u00e3o, eu volto uma pessoa mais amorosa, mais gentil e mais emp\u00e1tica. Quero servir a Deus com mais alegria e paix\u00e3o. Vou sentir muita saudade.
