Foto: Victor Teixeira<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos dias 11 e 12 de abril, a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Maranhense da Igreja Adventista realizou, em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, o Congresso de Secretaria, reunindo secret\u00e1rias e secret\u00e1rios de todo o Norte do Maranh\u00e3o em um encontro marcado por aprendizado, comunh\u00e3o e fortalecimento ministerial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com o tema \u201cCada detalhe importa\u201d, o evento destacou a relev\u00e2ncia da Secretaria como um setor estrat\u00e9gico para o cumprimento da miss\u00e3o da igreja. Mais do que lidar com n\u00fameros, relat\u00f3rios e registros, o congresso refor\u00e7ou que cada dado representa uma hist\u00f3ria de f\u00e9, decis\u00f5es espirituais e vidas transformadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A programa\u00e7\u00e3o contou com palestras de Lucas Mu\u00f1oz, Elton J\u00fanior, Andr\u00e9 Garc\u00eas, Vinicius Rocha e Josiane Caranha, al\u00e9m de momentos musicais conduzidos pelo cantor Dilson Castro. Os conte\u00fados abordaram capacita\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o de processos e a import\u00e2ncia da precis\u00e3o no trabalho desenvolvido pelas secretarias locais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um dos destaques do congresso foi a \u00eanfase nos desafios e oportunidades do Servi\u00e7o Volunt\u00e1rio Adventista, ampliando a vis\u00e3o mission\u00e1ria e o papel da Secretaria no apoio ao envio de volunt\u00e1rios para o campo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o pastor J\u00f3marson Dias, secret\u00e1rio executivo da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Maranhense, este foi um marco para o departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste foi o primeiro encontro unificado de Secretaria da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Maranhense. At\u00e9 ent\u00e3o, realiz\u00e1vamos treinamentos em polos regionais, mas neste ano optamos por reunir todos em um \u00fanico ambiente, proporcionando um encontro que favorecesse a troca de experi\u00eancias, o alinhamento de a\u00e7\u00f5es e a padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimentos\u201d, destacou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ele tamb\u00e9m refor\u00e7ou o prop\u00f3sito do tema escolhido para o congresso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cO tema deste ano foi \u2018Cada detalhe importa\u2019.
