A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o para as lideran\u00e7as distritais tem o objetivo de apresentar o calend\u00e1rio da igreja para o ano seguinte e treinar os l\u00edderes eleitos para 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O tema central, inspirado nas prioridades globais da Igreja Adventista, que s\u00e3o Identidade, Lideran\u00e7a, Novas Gera\u00e7\u00f5es e Discipulado, refor\u00e7am a miss\u00e3o de engajamento e discipulado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesses Integra\u00e7\u00f5es, que ocorreram em Maraca\u00e7um\u00e9, Bacabal, Santa In\u00eas, Presidente Dutra e Imperatriz, pastores locais, anci\u00e3os e coordenadores departamentais discutiram formas pr\u00e1ticas de colocar essas prioridades em a\u00e7\u00e3o no n\u00edvel congregacional. Creio que isso vai levar a igreja a cumprir o papel dela nesses \u00faltimos dias em nossa regi\u00e3o. (Fotos: Carlos Rog\u00e9rio)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No foco no membro local e na comunh\u00e3o<\/strong>, a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 fortalecer a Escola Sabatina e os Pequenos Grupos como espa\u00e7os de participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa, destacando o membro da igreja local como centro das decis\u00f5es mission\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No crescimento por meio dos estudos b\u00edblicos<\/strong>, a ASuMA planeja ampliar duplas mission\u00e1rias e atender mais interessados, incentivando a evangeliza\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de estudos sistem\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No investimento nas novas gera\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, espera-se que jovens e adolescentes liderem projetos e minist\u00e9rios, com a\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e integra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E <strong>no fortalecimento da lideran\u00e7a espiritual<\/strong>, a \u00eanfase no ancionato inclui workshops e capacita\u00e7\u00f5es para que anci\u00e3os atuem de forma mais estrat\u00e9gica no discipulado, no cuidado espiritual e na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de novas lideran\u00e7as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leia tamb\u00e9m:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.adventistas.org\/pt\/asuma-celebra-20-anos-com-caravanas-pelo-sul-do-maranhao\/\">ASuMa celebra 20 anos com caravanas pelo sul do Maranh\u00e3o<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Com esse planejamento, a ASuMA se alinha \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/adventist.news\/news\/miss%C3%A3o-global-em-exibi%C3%A7%C3%A3o-no-relat%C3%B3rio-de-2025-do-presidente-ted-wilson\">vis\u00e3o global da IASD<\/a> para os pr\u00f3ximos anos e refor\u00e7a seu compromisso de consolidar igrejas mais participativas, preparadas para o discipulado e para o crescimento mission\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para a secret\u00e1ria distrital Patr\u00edcia Rodrigues, esse planejamento vai fortalecer \u00e1reas que precisam de mais aten\u00e7\u00e3o na igreja: \u201cO que foi apresentado no Integra\u00e7\u00e3o me motivou a servir de forma mais organizada, madura e alinhada com a miss\u00e3o da igreja. (Foto: Carlos Rog\u00e9rio)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>O l\u00edder e pastor geral da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Sul Maranhense, pastor Valmir Barros, diz que a proposta para os pr\u00f3ximos anos foi muito bem aceita pela igreja: \u201cAo percorrermos as oito regi\u00f5es do nosso campo apresentando o planejamento estrat\u00e9gico, percebemos que o que apresentamos para a igreja era uma car\u00eancia real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A gente percebe uma aceita\u00e7\u00e3o muito r\u00e1pida da igreja, uma sintonia muito grande com essa necessidade, por isso olhamos para 2026 e para o pr\u00f3ximo quinqu\u00eanio, com boas possibilidades. (Foto: Jhonatan Carneiro)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro ponto destacado durante o encontro foi o projeto <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adventistas.org\/pt\/criancas\/projeto\/vivos-em-jesus\/\">Vivos em Jesus<\/a><\/em>, que faz parte do novo curr\u00edculo do Departamento Infantil da Igreja Adventista do S\u00e9timo Dia. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o tem o objetivo de capacitar l\u00edderes e professores para um trabalho ainda mais intencional com as crian\u00e7as, fortalecendo valores espirituais, emocionais e sociais desde os primeiros anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A proposta apresenta novas metodologias, materiais atualizados e uma abordagem que envolve fam\u00edlia, igreja e comunidade, refor\u00e7ando o compromisso da igreja com uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o crist\u00e3 integral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"H\u00e1 25 anos est\u00e1vamos trabalhando o Elo da Gra\u00e7a, agora com esse <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adventistas.org\/pt\/criancas\/projeto\/vivos-em-jesus\/\">Novo Curr\u00edculo<\/a> vamos ter um trabalho mais din\u00e2mico com as crian\u00e7as. O Vivos em Jesus vai trazer boas mudan\u00e7as para o desenvolvimento infantil. Agora teremos a classe dos Beb\u00eas, dos Iniciantes, dos Infantis e dos Prim\u00e1rios. Gostei da atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o\", avalia a professora Zelinda Almeida, da Igreja de Nova Imperatriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para 2026, o livro de estudos adotado pelo Campo \u00e9 \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.centrowhite.org.br\/home\/uploads\/2022\/11\/A-Igreja-Remanescente.pdf\">Igreja Remanescente<\/a>\u201d, da escritora norte-americana Ellen G. White. A leitura recomendada integra o conjunto de iniciativas que visam fortalecer a f\u00e9 de cada membro adventista da ASuMa.
