(Foto: Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (30), a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Oeste Paranaense (AOP), sede da Igreja Adventista do S\u00e9timo Dia na regi\u00e3o, promoveu o primeiro Programa de Apoio ao Minist\u00e9rio Pastoral (PAMP) de 2025. O encontro aconteceu no audit\u00f3rio da AOP, em Cascavel-PR, e seguiu at\u00e9 o per\u00edodo da tarde, reunindo pastores distritais, escolares e evangelistas para um momento de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e planejamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O PAMP \u00e9 um programa mensal essencial para a lideran\u00e7a pastoral da regi\u00e3o, proporcionando treinamentos, revis\u00f5es do planejamento anual e proje\u00e7\u00f5es para eventos importantes. Nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o, um dos principais focos foi a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o para a Semana Santa, um dos momentos mais significativos do calend\u00e1rio adventista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O pastor Ronaldo Bertazzo, juntamente com a equipe administrativa, destacou a import\u00e2ncia do encontro para alinhar estrat\u00e9gias e impulsionar o crescimento da miss\u00e3o adventista na regi\u00e3o. \"Nosso objetivo \u00e9 garantir que cada pastor esteja bem preparado para atender \u00e0s necessidades de suas igrejas e comunidades, oferecendo suporte espiritual e organizacional\", afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atualmente, a AOP conta com a seguinte estrutura pastoral:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>32 pastores distritais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>08 pastores escolares<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>05 pastores nas equipes de evangelismo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 departamentais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>03 administradores<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a associa\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 dividida em seis regi\u00f5es administrativas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regi\u00e3o de Cascavel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regi\u00e3o de Campo Mour\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regi\u00e3o de Foz do Igua\u00e7u<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regi\u00e3o do Sudoeste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regi\u00e3o de Toledo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regi\u00e3o de Umuarama<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Com 129 igrejas organizadas, 101 grupos e mais de 15 mil membros batizados, a AOP segue empenhada em fortalecer e capacitar seus l\u00edderes para cumprir a
