De acordo com Almeida, em 99% dos casos, a empresa n\u00e3o tem rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta com o caso, mas a not\u00edcia acaba se espalhando e negativando a marca da empresa. \u201cNosso grupo deve estar preparado para atuar e atender bem todos os p\u00fablicos e em todas as situa\u00e7\u00f5es, inclusive nas crises\u201d, frisou o palestrante.
