Este programa mensal visa proporcionar treinamento essencial para os pastores, incluindo a revis\u00e3o do programa anual, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do andamento nos distritos e proje\u00e7\u00f5es para eventos cruciais, com destaque para a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da Semana Santa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex ocasi\u00e3o os pastores foram divididos por regi\u00f5es, distribu\u00eddos em salas com os departamentais da AOP para receberem mais orienta\u00e7\u00f5es. A iniciativa refor\u00e7a o compromisso da associa\u00e7\u00e3o em fortalecer e capacitar seus l\u00edderes religiosos para desempenharem seus pap\u00e9is de maneira eficaz em suas igrejas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No campo da AOP temos, atualmente, 32 pastores distritais, 8 escolares, 4 nas equipes de evangelismo e 9 departamentais.
