O pastor M\u00e1rlon Ricardo veio do distrito de Guanandi, Campo Grande (MS), onde atuou como pastor distrital. Nascido em Jequi\u00e9, na Bahia, no ano de 1974, \u00e9 formado em Teologia e Administra\u00e7\u00e3o pela Faculdade Adventista da Bahia (FADBA\/2008 e 2009).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Um minist\u00e9rio de experi\u00eancias<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os anos de 2009 e 2011, o pastor M\u00e1rlon Ricardo atuou na Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Central Rio-Sul (ACRS). Foi Capel\u00e3o e Pastor Auxiliar no Col\u00e9gio Adventista Marechal Rondon, no Distrito da Floresta, em Porto Alegre (RS) e no Col\u00e9gio Adventista de Novo Hamburgo, no Distrito Central de Novo Hamburgo, tamb\u00e9m no Rio Grande do Sul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 de 2012 a 2024, M\u00e1rlon atuou como pastor Distrital em Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso e Mato Grosso do Sul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O pastor tem dois filhos, Enzo Andrade, de 12 anos, e Helo\u00edsa Andrade, de 11 anos de idade.
