Com o tema \"Mais que Excel\u00eancia\", o evento motivou, instruiu e alinhou as metas do departamento. M\u00fasicas com a cantora Sara Zahn, sorteios de brindes, palestras e batismo marcaram o encontro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A programa\u00e7\u00e3o foi dividida em tr\u00eas etapas. No per\u00edodo da manh\u00e3, os participantes receberam palestras de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o que refor\u00e7aram pontos essenciais da fun\u00e7\u00e3o. Os outros dois momentos aconteceram na parte da tarde, sendo um com foco motivacional e outro de consagra\u00e7\u00e3o, por meio da Ceia do Senhor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery regi\u00e3o, ressalta que o encontro buscou motivar os volunt\u00e1rios, mas tamb\u00e9m conect\u00e1-los com Deus. \"N\u00f3s trabalhamos como tesoureiros, mas nosso prop\u00f3sito \u00e9 salvar pessoas. Ele frequenta a Igreja Adventista de Cajueiro e atua na \u00e1rea h\u00e1 nove anos. No evento presenciou seu amigo, Sebasti\u00e3o Laureano Filho, entregar a vida a Cristo. \"Cumprir a miss\u00e3o e estudar a B\u00edblia com pessoas me motiva muito. A fun\u00e7\u00e3o exige comprometimento, honestidade e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Pensando em valorizar os respons\u00e1veis da \u00e1rea, a ARS lan\u00e7ou no evento o projeto \"Tesoureiro Ouro\".&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na pr\u00e1tica, o projeto distribui pontos para cada tarefa conclu\u00edda da fun\u00e7\u00e3o. Ao final, aqueles que tiverem o m\u00ednimo de 90 pontos receber\u00e3o como pr\u00eamio uma viagem para a TV Novo Tempo e a Casa Publicadora Brasileira. A pontua\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ar\u00e1 a ser contada em janeiro e seguir\u00e1 at\u00e9 outubro.
