A proposta do evento foi encorajar os participantes por meio de atividades que proporcionaram o fortalecimento da vida espiritual, al\u00e9m de motivar para as a\u00e7\u00f5es mission\u00e1rias de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leia tamb\u00e9m:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.adventistas.org\/pt\/noticia\/institucional\/associacao-cearense-promove-capacitacao-teologica-para-lideres-de-igrejas\/\">Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Cearense promove capacita\u00e7\u00e3o teol\u00f3gica para l\u00edderes de igrejas&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.adventistas.org\/pt\/noticia\/evento\/lideres-na-america-do-norte-participam-da-convencao-de-ministerios-adventistas\/\">L\u00edderes na Am\u00e9rica do Norte participam da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o de Minist\u00e9rios Adventistas<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante os quatro dias, a rotina dos pastores contou com palestras e workshops sobre as diferentes \u00eanfases de atua\u00e7\u00e3o da igreja. Na primeira noite, uma santa ceia foi realizada. Os pastores se caracterizaram com vestimentas da \u00e9poca de Cristo, o que tornou o momento ainda mais marcante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Nosso foco foi trabalhar o desenvolvimento integral do pastor. A gente trabalha n\u00e3o somente a parte de miss\u00e3o, mas o desenvolvimento f\u00edsico, intelectual, emocional, espiritual e familiar. Todos esses aspectos s\u00e3o fortalecidos com a conviv\u00eancia, a recrea\u00e7\u00e3o e da troca de ideias\", ressalta o l\u00edder da Igreja Adventista para o estado do Cear\u00e1, Pr. Marcos Milit\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ocasi\u00e3o, o diretor da \u00e1rea de Mordomia Crist\u00e3 para oito pa\u00edses da Am\u00e9rica do Sul, Pr. Josanan Alves, tamb\u00e9m destacou que a quantidade de atividades ministeriais \u00e9 grande, por isso eles precisam buscar o poder divino. \u201cN\u00f3s precisamos ir \u00e0 presen\u00e7a de Deus e conversar com Ele. Enquanto estivermos diariamente preenchidos pela presen\u00e7a do Esp\u00edrito, seremos dependentes de Deus e continuamente usados\u201d, enfatiza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Imers\u00e3o Mais<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O conc\u00edlio ainda promoveu o <em>Imers\u00e3o Mais<\/em>. O M\u00e9todo de Autodesenvolvimento Integral Sist\u00eamico proporciona o estudo das compet\u00eancias ministeriais. Por meio de din\u00e2micas e capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, o programa visa um despertamento profundo e reavivamento espiritual com base em conte\u00fado b\u00edblico, prof\u00e9tico e cient\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quem participou, sentiu a mudan\u00e7a que esses dias provocaram. \u201cMomentos como esse proporcionam o desenvolvimento em \u00e1reas essenciais ao minist\u00e9rio como conhecimento t\u00e9cnico, fortalecimento dos relacionamentos e crescimento espiritual. Um minist\u00e9rio s\u00f3lido e sadio, certamente impactara a igreja e fortalecer\u00e1 toda a estrutura. Tamb\u00e9m nos ajuda no planejamento e execu\u00e7\u00e3o de nossas a\u00e7\u00f5es mission\u00e1rias, vislumbrando maior alcance no discipulado crist\u00e3o e novos conversos\u201d, enfatiza o Pr.
