Para melhorar a densidade nutricional no prato das pessoas, desenvolver um estilo de vida saud\u00e1vel e alcan\u00e7ar pessoas por meio do minist\u00e9rio da sa\u00fade, o Pr. Lucas Viana realizou, neste domingo(12), um Encontro de L\u00edderes de Sa\u00fade na sede administrativa da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Mineira Sul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com Viana, \u201co objetivo deste encontro foi inspirar e capacitar os l\u00edderes a desenvolverem o minist\u00e9rio da sa\u00fade como forma de alcan\u00e7ar novos interessados e melhorar a qualidade de vida dos membros\u201d, explica. Para isso, o encontro contou com uma palestra especial do Pr. Denis Magalh\u00e3es, l\u00edder de sa\u00fade da USeB, que falou sobre a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel e sua import\u00e2ncia para o bem estar das pessoas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O programa iniciou com as palestras. Nelas, foram apresentadas o Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade como o bra\u00e7o direito da Mensagem do Evangelho, al\u00e9m de ressaltar os benef\u00edcios do exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico, e como desenvolver o clube de sa\u00fade na igreja.&nbsp;Em seguida foi desenvolvida uma oficina de culin\u00e1ria saud\u00e1vel, na qual os participantes puderam aprender na pr\u00e1tica como elaborar pratos especiais de forma simples. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/files.adventistas.org\/noticias\/pt\/2023\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-02-13-at-08.07.25.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" src=\"https:\/\/files.adventistas.org\/noticias\/pt\/2023\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-02-13-at-08.07.25-960x540.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-322828\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.adventistas.org\/noticias\/pt\/2023\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-02-13-at-08.07.25-960x540.jpeg 960w, https:\/\/files.adventistas.org\/noticias\/pt\/2023\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-02-13-at-08.07.25-480x270.jpeg 480w, https:\/\/files.adventistas.org\/noticias\/pt\/2023\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-02-13-at-08.07.25-240x135.jpeg 240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Foto: Lucas Viana<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>O card\u00e1pio foi composto por uma entrada de taco com guacamole acompanhado de um suco bif\u00e1sico de laranja com morango; um prato principal composto por quibe de quinoa e requeij\u00e3o de castanha e uma salada tropical; al\u00e9m de uma sobremesa de abacaxi grelhado com sorvete de coco. Ao finalizarem, todos se reuniram para comer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Pr. Denis Magalh\u00e3es salienta que o curso foi muito proveitoso. \u201cTivemos cerca de 65 participantes entre homens e mulheres dispostos a fazer as oficinas e aprender novas receitas saud\u00e1veis que poder\u00e3o ser aplicadas em seu card\u00e1pio\u201d, destaca. Todos os conceitos de sa\u00fade apresentados foram baseados nos oito rem\u00e9dios naturais: alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel, ingest\u00e3o regular de \u00e1gua, respira\u00e7\u00e3o de ar puro, exposi\u00e7\u00e3o adequada \u00e0 luz solar, pr\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos, repouso, equil\u00edbrio e confian\u00e7a em Deus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
