O evento aconteceu no Col\u00e9gio Adventista de Diadema e contou com mais 800 pessoas. Esse \u00e9 um programa anual, criado exclusivamente para a lideran\u00e7a dos clubes de aventureiros e desbravadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>            \u00c9 nesse tipo de encontro que os l\u00edderes recebem instru\u00e7\u00f5es importantes para a condu\u00e7\u00e3o de um clube, desde aspectos t\u00e9cnicos e administrativos at\u00e9 a melhor maneira de lidar com crian\u00e7as e adolescentes. \u201cO treinamento se divide em momentos coletivos e espec\u00edficos para diretores, capel\u00e3es, secret\u00e1rias e tesoureiros. A ideia \u00e9 que a lideran\u00e7a esteja apta e tranquila para exercer bem a sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o durante o ano,\" explica Eduardo Giglio, respons\u00e1vel pelos minist\u00e9rios para esta p\u00f4de acompanhar a cerim\u00f4nia de investidura na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adventistas.org\/pt\/desbravadores\/orientacoes-cartao-classes-de-lideranca\/\">classe de lideran\u00e7a<\/a>, onde duas jovens receberam seus len\u00e7os de l\u00edderes ap\u00f3s cumprirem requisitos pr\u00e1ticos e te\u00f3ricos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 o \u00fanico aux\u00edlio que o Minist\u00e9rio de Desbravadores e Aventureiros oferece, como comenta Eduardo. \u201cOutros diversos treinamentos ocorrem em n\u00edvel de regi\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de v\u00e1rios cursos dispon\u00edveis on-line no SGC, sistema gerenciador de clubes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 O Clube de Aventureiros e Desbravadores promove atividades para crian\u00e7as e adolescentes, a fim de auxiliar no desenvolvimento f\u00edsico, mental e espiritual deles, ajudando a torn\u00e1-los bons
