O Curso de Treinamento B\u00e1sico para Diretoria (CTBD), que atingiu 800 l\u00edderes do minist\u00e9rio dos Aventureiros e 1200 da \u00e1rea de Desbravadores, conta com 15 aulas online oferecidas em sua grade, al\u00e9m de um dia voltado a um encontro presencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leia tamb\u00e9m:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.adventistas.org\/pt\/noticia\/eventos\/lideres-de-desbravadores-e-aventureiros-recebem-capacitacao-no-norte-do-parana\/\">Igreja cria iniciativa para reavaliar formas de atrair e envolver novas gera\u00e7\u00f5es nas comunidades<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do curso ocorre de forma regional. O m\u00f3dulo online tem tratado de temas relevantes, como por exemplo, o aprimoramento do atendimento \u00e0s pessoas com defici\u00eancia que queiram participar da agremia\u00e7\u00e3o, o contato com autoridades pol\u00edticas dos munic\u00edpios para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos e formas de capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos para materiais e atividades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 no m\u00f3dulo presencial, o foco foi desenvolver e discutir m\u00e9todos para dinamizar ainda mais as reuni\u00f5es dos clubes e atividades espec\u00edficas, como estudos b\u00edblicos e per\u00edodos de recrea\u00e7\u00e3o. Para medir o aprendizado, uma prova foi aplicada a partir dos conte\u00fados tratados no m\u00f3dulo online.
