A iniciativa \u00e9 voltada para a promo\u00e7\u00e3o do autocuidado no que diz respeito \u00e0 sa\u00fade emocional do p\u00fablico feminino. A pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00e3o ocorrer\u00e1 neste domingo (27), a partir das 15h, na quadra do <a href=\"https:\/\/vitoria.educacaoadventista.org.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Col\u00e9gio Adventista de Vit\u00f3ria (CAV)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Leia mais:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.adventistas.org\/pt\/noticia\/saude\/mulheres-se-reunem-para-cuidar-de-saude-emocional-em-vitoria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mulheres se re\u00fanem para cuidar de sa\u00fade emocional em Vit\u00f3ria<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A oficina ter\u00e1 como tema a c\u00e9lebre frase das hist\u00f3rias cl\u00e1ssicas infantis \u2018Espelho, Espelho Meu\u2019 e se prop\u00f5e a responder perguntas que permeiam o universo da autoestima. Quest\u00f5es que v\u00e3o desde o conceito do termo at\u00e9 ferramentas pr\u00e1ticas de trabalho com a autoestima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cComo voc\u00ea se v\u00ea? Voc\u00ea est\u00e1 em paz com o espelho? &nbsp;Esse espelho do qual estamos falando \u00e9 o espelho que vem de dentro para fora. A sess\u00e3o contou com palestras, reflex\u00f5es e at\u00e9 din\u00e2micas no contexto da arteterapia com o intuito de tornar o encontro din\u00e2mico e aprofundado no tema.
