Um exemplo disso s\u00e3o as campanhas lan\u00e7adas para conscientizar a comunidade sobre estes temas.<\/p>\n<p>Percebendo a import\u00e2ncia de falar a respeito dos sentimentos e emo\u00e7\u00f5es, o <a href=\"https:\/\/capa.educacaoadventista.org.br\">Col\u00e9gio Adventista de Porto Alegre<\/a> (CAPA) criou o projeto: A\u00e7\u00f5es salvam vidas. Onde os alunos foram desafiados a pensarem em a\u00e7\u00f5es pelo bem-estar do pr\u00f3ximo e da comunidade local.<\/p>\n<p>As turmas foram divididas em grupos e na \u00faltima sexta-feira, 1, os alunos colocaram em pr\u00e1tica o que haviam estudado e pensado sobre o tema.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cada turma, uma campanha diferente<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Os alunos do 2\u00ba ano Ensino M\u00e9dio, entregaram ma\u00e7as aos pais com frases motivacionais. Alunos do 3\u00ba ano Ensino Fundamental II, entregaram bal\u00f5es e livros da Esperan\u00e7a para funcion\u00e1rios do grupo Santander, dizendo aos funcion\u00e1rios que a vida de cada um valia muito.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 os alunos do 2\u00ba ano EFII entregaram bal\u00f5es e livros da Esperan\u00e7a para funcion\u00e1rios de uma academia pr\u00f3xima ao col\u00e9gio. A ideia do grupo do 8\u00ba ano foi atender aos com\u00e9rcios da avenida principal, pr\u00f3xima tamb\u00e9m ao col\u00e9gio. Os estudantes do 3\u00ba ano EM, produziram v\u00eddeos sobre a import\u00e2ncia das emo\u00e7\u00f5es (este ser\u00e1 finalizado final de outubro) e, por \u00faltimo o grupo do 7\u00ba e 8\u00ba ano, criou uma campanha de humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o. Eles fizeram um blog para disseminar boas not\u00edcias.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leia tamb\u00e9m: <a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.adventistas.org\/pt\/noticia\/educacao\/professores-da-rede-adventista-palestram-sobre-saude-mental-em-escola-estadual\/\">Professores da rede Adventista palestram sobre sa\u00fade mental em Escola Estadual\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gabriella Maciel e Mariana Pedroso, alunas do ensino m\u00e9dio desenvolveram a ideia do projeto baseado no filme \u2018Divertidamente\u2019, que aborda como nossas emo\u00e7\u00f5es, nossos sentimentos, influenciam em nossa vida e comportamento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRecebemos os pais no estacionamento entregando um cart\u00e3ozinho e uma ma\u00e7a. Falando da import\u00e2ncia de cuidarmos da nossa sa\u00fade f\u00edsica e mental. Foi surpreendente, a gente n\u00e3o esperava que eles reagissem t\u00e3o bem, j\u00e1 que n\u00e3o foi nada programado, eles n\u00e3o sabiam. E uns dos relatos foi de uma senhora que disse: '\u00e9 muito bonito ver que a escola presta servi\u00e7os, aos alunos e tamb\u00e9m aos pais'\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Const\u00e2ncia nas a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Para a aluna Mariana Teixeira \u00e9 fundamental o projeto acontecer durante todo o ano, pois assim assuntos que englobam sa\u00fade mental, como: Ansiedade, depress\u00e3o, suic\u00eddio... Ser\u00e3o cada vez mais vistos com urg\u00eancia e import\u00e2ncia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 em um m\u00eas que as pessoas t\u00eam problemas. \u00c9 em um per\u00edodo que elas acabam tendo esse tipo de pensamento e a gente quer que as pessoas se sintam acolhidas pela gente, que saibam que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o sozinhas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m dessas iniciativas, o Col\u00e9gio ainda trabalhar\u00e1 com: A\u00e7\u00f5es valorizando os monitores e zeladores da institui\u00e7\u00e3o. E far\u00e1 uma\u00a0campanha para ado\u00e7\u00e3o de animais em parceria com a Guaipeca, visto que muitos terapeutas indicam este procedimento para tratamento de depress\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA gente quis valorizar o sentido da vida e os alunos participaram de uma maneira muito interessante e impactante que comoveu as pessoas que eles estavam se comunicando, se relacionando\u201d, finaliza o
