Na guerra por audi\u00eancia, o antigo locutor se vale do <em>streaming<\/em> para conectar pessoas. \u201cA multiplataforma veio para ficar. Formou-se em Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o Social (Jornalismo) em 2004, pela Universidade Est\u00e1cio de S\u00e1, em Nova Friburgo - RJ. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 pastor adventista, ordenado em dezembro de 2008, enquanto dirigia a <a href=\"http:\/\/novotempo.com\/radio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rede Novo Tempo de R\u00e1dio<\/a>, em Jacare\u00ed - SP. Casou-se com Rosemara em 1986, e, juntos, tiveram tr\u00eas filhos: Danielle (30), formada em Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, reside na Calif\u00f3rnia, EUA, onde trabalham ela e o seu esposo, o pastor Luccas Rodor; Hamilton Wanderson (29), formado em Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, casado, trabalha e reside em Curitiba; e Naielly (20), estudante de Enfermagem no <a href=\"http:\/\/unasp.br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centro Universit\u00e1rio Adventista de S\u00e3o Paulo (UNASP)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Como \u00e9 Amilton Menezes por Amilton Menezes?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Um sonhador que ainda n\u00e3o tornou realidade todos os sonhos, e que luta incansavelmente para realizar cada um deles antes que Jesus regresse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A paix\u00e3o pelo r\u00e1dio vem da inf\u00e2ncia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sim. Desde pequeno sou apaixonado por esse ve\u00edculo de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o. Dormia e acordava ao lado de um radinho. \u00c0 noite, conseguia ouvir transmiss\u00f5es de outros estados do Brasil, e durante o dia, pelas ondas curtas, escutava r\u00e1dios de Porto Alegre a Moscou, na antiga Uni\u00e3o Sovi\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Que pioneiro da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o adventista inspira voc\u00ea?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Roberto Mendes Rabello, fundador e primeiro orador do programa A Voz da Profecia no Brasil. Eu sabia todas as emissoras da regi\u00e3o e em quais hor\u00e1rios o programa era veiculado. N\u00e3o perdia um. Desenvolvi a habilidade de encontrar textos b\u00edblicos rapidamente enquanto ele apresentava o programa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E por que o pastor Rabello marcou tanto a sua vida?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Primeiro porque ele celebrou o meu casamento com a Rosemara. Outras marcas s\u00e3o a voz, a simplicidade, a generosidade e a humildade desse homem de Deus. Ele queria que eu cursasse Teologia e fosse trabalhar na Voz da Profecia, e em 2003 esse sonho se tornou realidade. Ele foi meu grande mentor e incentivador.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Como foi seu ingresso na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da Igreja Adventista?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depois de trabalhar durante 9 anos como assessor de imprensa da prefeitura de Miragua\u00ed, aceitei o chamado para ser locutor e produtor na Novo Tempo FM de Sapiranga, em Novo Hamburgo - RS. Isto aconteceu em 1993. Depois, dirigi a Novo Tempo FM de Florian\u00f3polis, de 1996 at\u00e9 meados de 2002. Em seguida, em Nova Friburgo, onde ficava a sede Sul-americana da Rede Novo Tempo, onde assumi a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de produtor da Voz da Profecia. Naquela \u00e9poca, o pastor Montano de Barros era o orador oficial do programa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tamb\u00e9m teve uma experi\u00eancia frente \u00e0s emissoras de fala hispana, certo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sim. Trabalhei por 12 anos na dire\u00e7\u00e3o geral das r\u00e1dios da Igreja Adventista na Am\u00e9rica do Sul, liderando a Red Nuevo Tiempo a partir de 2007. Foi um aprendizado. Em 2014, assumi a R\u00e1dio Novo Tempo FM de Curitiba e o departamento de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da Igreja Adventista na regi\u00e3o central paranaense.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m foi pastor distrital?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Em Vila Santo Ant\u00f4nio, em Novo Hamburgo, entre 2017 e 2018, tive minha primeira e ansiada experi\u00eancia pastoral. Depois, em 2019, at\u00e9 a metade de 2020, no distrito de Posto Paris, na regi\u00e3o metropolitana de Curitiba.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quando voc\u00ea assumiu a Rede Novo Tempo, como era a r\u00e1dio?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na sede em Nova Friburgo, est\u00e1vamos na transi\u00e7\u00e3o entre o anal\u00f3gico e o digital. T\u00ednhamos muito trabalho, muita produ\u00e7\u00e3o alicer\u00e7ada ainda na internet discada. As emissoras eram independentes, ent\u00e3o faz\u00edamos muitas reuni\u00f5es, treinamentos, encontros de diretores e comunicadores, visando a unifica\u00e7\u00e3o e o profissionalismo da programa\u00e7\u00e3o e do estilo. Quer\u00edamos aplainar o caminho e fazer da Novo Tempo uma rede unificada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qual o futuro do r\u00e1dio na prega\u00e7\u00e3o do evangelho?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O celular \u00e9, hoje, a maior ferramenta de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o. Supera a televis\u00e3o e as emissoras de r\u00e1dio. Est\u00e1 em todo lugar. E \u00e9 ali que devemos estar, com programa\u00e7\u00e3o exclusiva ou diferenciada, seja em v\u00eddeos ou podcasts. Desde 2008 j\u00e1 antevia isso, insistindo na necessidade da segmenta\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 como falar para todos, ao mesmo tempo, usando as mesmas ferramentas de ontem. Ou segmenta ou morre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Que sugest\u00f5es voc\u00ea teria para o r\u00e1dio?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quando surgiu a televis\u00e3o, decretaram o fim do r\u00e1dio. Com o advento da internet, parecia que ele sucumbiria de vez. Agora, mais do que nunca, precisa segmentar-se. Precisa agregar diversos canais dentro de um s\u00f3, falando para p\u00fablicos diferenciados, em seus respectivos aplicativos. Em tempos de <em>playlists<\/em> em plataformas distintas, o caminho \u00e9 mesclar voz e v\u00eddeo, ampliar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de novos <em>podcasts<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O que voc\u00ea faria de novo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se fosse come\u00e7ar hoje, com certeza n\u00e3o seria com as ferramentas ou ideias de vinte anos atr\u00e1s. Por incr\u00edvel que pare\u00e7a, hoje \u00e9 um pouco mais dif\u00edcil e complexo. S\u00f3 precisaria da vitalidade daqueles tempos e do discernimento divino para ser usado apenas como um instrumento dEle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voc\u00ea continua colaborando no r\u00e1dio como volunt\u00e1rio?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sim, no minist\u00e9rio da R\u00e1dio Maranatha, que nunca esteve parado. Com a pandemia da covid-19, ainda no distrito, passei a anunciar Jesus atrav\u00e9s de <em>lives <\/em>di\u00e1rias. Hoje, tenho cerca de tr\u00eas mil \u201cmembros virtuais\u201d, na maioria \u201cdesigrejados\u201d, sem religi\u00e3o ou de diferentes denomina\u00e7\u00f5es. No <em>podcast <\/em>\u201cTempo de Refletir\u201d s\u00e3o trinta mil pessoas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00daltima Palavra.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tenho um sonho: ver Jesus voltar. N\u00e3o aguento mais este mundo doente. D\u00f3i demais enterrar pessoas amadas. Seja pela <em>wgospel.com<\/em> ou pelo aplicativo <em>Manah,<\/em>\u00a0seja pelas <em>lives<\/em>, <em>podcasts<\/em>, W<em>hatsApp<\/em> ou qualquer outra ferramenta que venha a ser criada, que Ele me encontre trabalhando.
