Eles lotaram o audit\u00f3rio do Col\u00e9gio Adventista Marechal Rondon (CAMAR), em Porto Alegre, para participar da tradicional reuni\u00e3o de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o. Um encontro que tem como objetivo apresentar os trabalhos que ser\u00e3o feitos no decorrer do ano e motivar os servidores a iniciarem o ano letivo com mais f\u00f4lego de trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>O encontro teve in\u00edcio com uma encena\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o objetivo principal da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Adventista, que \u00e9 ser um instrumento para aproxim\u00e1-las de Deus. \u00a0Em seguida, palestras sobre o futuro da educa\u00e7\u00e3o e t\u00e9cnicas de trabalho dentro e fora da sala de aula foram apresentadas. Uma outra palestra sobre lideran\u00e7a servidora no magist\u00e9rio chamou a aten\u00e7\u00e3o para a import\u00e2ncia do professor ser visto como um l\u00edder.<\/p>\n<p>Durante a Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, os servidores tamb\u00e9m puderam conhecer mais detalhes da nova identidade visual da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Adventista. Eles puderam conhecer todo o contexto que levaram \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as e significado de cada detalhe da logomarca. Ao final do programa todos os participantes receberam um novo jaleco e os professores que se dedicaram em oferecer estudos da B\u00edblia para os alunos foram homenageados.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
