Foto Lukas no Pexels<\/p><\/div>\n<p>A cada final de ano, a Comiss\u00e3o Diretiva da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Rio de Janeiro se re\u00fane para avaliar todos os distritos e seus pastores. Durante a amanh\u00e3 do dia 19 de dezembro, a Diretiva Extraordin\u00e1ria formada por 29 pessoas, entre elas administradores da ARJ, departamentais, diretor do Ipae, membro da diretoria do Hospital Adventista Silvestre, pastores e membros de cada regi\u00e3o. Para haver qu\u00f3rum \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que haja representantes de todas as regi\u00f5es deste territ\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<p>Geralmente, as mudan\u00e7as acontecem a cada quatro anos, mas dependendo da necessidade da Igreja, do pastor ou da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o, esta altera\u00e7\u00e3o pode acontecer com menos ou mais tempo.<\/p>\n<p>Para que as altera\u00e7\u00f5es aconte\u00e7am, esta comiss\u00e3o realiza a vota\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os nomes indicados para transfer\u00eancias. Foto divulga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p><\/div>\n<p>O pastor Alan Durce de Oliveira pastoreava o distrito de Teres\u00f3polis e estar\u00e1 se aposentando em 2020. Oliveira \u00e9 casado com Silvana Bazeth. Da uni\u00e3o nasceram os filhos: Filipe, Rebeca e Juliana. A fam\u00edlia cresceu e vieram os netos: Davi (4 anos) e Pedro (quase 2 anos).<\/p>\n<p>Em 1983 graduou-se em Teologia No Educand\u00e1rio Nordestino Adentista - ENA. Iniciou seu minist\u00e9rio em 1984 como pastor auxiliar em Areal. Aqui no Rio de Janeiro, passou pelos distritos de: Bom Jesus do Itabapoana, Queimados, Tr\u00eas Rios, Rio Bonito e Teres\u00f3polis. Mudaram-se para Minas Gerais e ali pastoreou os distritos de Gr\u00e3o Par\u00e1, Santa Cruz e Caratinga. Seguindo o chamado, voltou para o Rio de Janeiro, e esteve \u00e0 frente dos distritos de Vila Isabel e por \u00faltimo, Teres\u00f3polis, uma despedida por onde come\u00e7ou.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s todos estes anos de trabalho, ele e sua esposa afirmam com alegria: \u201cat\u00e9 aqui nos ajudou o SENHOR\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A Igreja Adventista agradece seu trabalho e empenho na miss\u00e3o de pastorear igrejas e principalmente, conduzir pessoas a Cristo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anualmente, pastores s\u00e3o avaliados por uma comiss\u00e3o.
