Ao todo, 539 pessoas que estavam conhecendo a Igreja Adventista do S\u00e9timo Dia (IASD) tomaram a decis\u00e3o de fazer parte oficialmente da congrega\u00e7\u00e3o. Essas cerim\u00f4nias p\u00fablicas de entrega aconteceram ap\u00f3s intenso trabalho de evangelismo e uma s\u00e9rie de amplia\u00e7\u00f5es e inaugura\u00e7\u00f5es de templos e estabelecimentos adventistas pela cidade.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.adventistas.org\/pt\/noticia\/eventos\/encerramento-da-semana-santa-leva-12-mil-pessoas-para-o-beira-rio\/\">12 mil pessoas participam de celebra\u00e7\u00e3o no est\u00e1dio Beira-Rio<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para que isso acontecesse, l\u00edderes das igrejas da regi\u00e3o participaram de treinamentos oferecidos pelo departamento de evangelismo do escrit\u00f3rio respons\u00e1vel pela IASD no centro do estado. Em in\u00fameras noites de sextas-feiras dezenas de pessoas foram treinadas para que estivessem plenamente aptas a receber pessoas que tinham interesse em conhecer mais da igreja. Muitas dessas pessoas eram expectadoras da TV Novo Tempo e nunca haviam estado antes em um templo adventista.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o departamento de secretaria da igreja, o territ\u00f3rio da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Central Sul-Rio-Grandense, respons\u00e1vel pela IASD no centro do RS, 422 pessoas foram batizadas em abril (at\u00e9 o dia 22). Um \u00edndice maior que o dobro dos tr\u00eas meses anteriores. Isso mostra que se manter esse ritmo a igreja na regi\u00e3o fechar\u00e1 o ano com n\u00famero recorde de ga\u00fachos optando por se tornarem adventistas.<\/p>\n<blockquote
