A arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o foi feita em apenas tr\u00eas dias, entre ter\u00e7a e quinta-feira da semana passada, na porta de 11 estabelecimentos da Rede Royal\u00a0de\u00a0Supermercados em Volta Redonda, Barra Mansa, Resende, Bananal e Nova Igua\u00e7u.<\/p>\n<p>Os volunt\u00e1rios arrecadaram nove mil quilos e o supermercado doou a mesma quantidade, totalizando as 18 toneladas. De acordo com o coordenador geral do Doutores de Esperan\u00e7a, Carlos Anderson Pereira, cerca de 200 pessoas se envolveram na divulga\u00e7\u00e3o da campanha, na arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o e montagem das cestas b\u00e1sicas. A Prefeitura de Volta Redonda cedeu o espa\u00e7o da Arena Ol\u00edmpica para que os volunt\u00e1rios pudessem organizar os donativos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veja mais fotos da alimentos a quem precisa <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os Doutores de Esperan\u00e7a come\u00e7aram as atividades em 2013, em Volta Redonda. A iniciativa se espalhou e hoje est\u00e1 presente em Barra do Pira\u00ed e Petr\u00f3polis, no Estado fluminense, e tamb\u00e9m em Bras\u00edlia, no Distrito Federal.<\/p>\n<p>O grupo visita hospitais, educand\u00e1rios e asilos com o intuito de levar alegria e tamb\u00e9m se envolve em campanhas de doa\u00e7\u00e3o de sangue e de medula \u00f3ssea.
