Consumo de \u00e1gua, exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos e alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel foram alguns dos assuntos abordados.<\/p>\n<p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o interna teve in\u00edcio com uma pequena palestra sobre a import\u00e2ncia da luz do sol para o desenvolvimento humano. Em seguida, os alunos fizeram uma pequena caminhada no entorno da escola para aprender sobre por que devemos nos exercitar. Exerc\u00edcios aer\u00f3bicos tamb\u00e9m foram feitos com as turmas, mas com diferentes n\u00edveis de intensidade devido a faixa-et\u00e1ria dos alunos. Os professores tamb\u00e9m entraram no movimento. Atividades de alongamento antes do in\u00edcio do expediente tem mostrado para os docentes que eles precisam cuidar do seu bem-estar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planomestredesaude.com.br\/br\/\">Conhe\u00e7a mais sobre o Plano Mestre de Desenvolvimento em Sa\u00fade\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A iniciativa da Escola Adventista de Santo \u00c2ngelo faz parte de uma vis\u00e3o de trabalho abra\u00e7ada por todas as institui\u00e7\u00f5es educacionais adventistas na Am\u00e9rica do Sul. Trata-se do Plano Mestre de Desenvolvimento em Sa\u00fade (PMDS). Um projeto que prepara temas baseados sobre os oito rem\u00e9dios naturais e busca incentivar os alunos a terem um estilo de vida mais saud\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
