Silvestre<\/a> reuniu mais de cinquenta profissionais dentre administradores, gestores, cirurgi\u00f5es, m\u00e9dicos e l\u00edderes religiosos para a inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o de uma ala de Rodrigues)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Em novembro de 2018, nasceu o sonho de poder oferecer aos seus pacientes um modelo de hotelaria hospitalar com equipamentos de ponta e, isso se tornou poss\u00edvel atrav\u00e9s de uma a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta na qual o hospital passou por essas reformas, sem que a m\u00e1quina fosse parada, e este era o principal desafio de toda equipe.<\/p>\n<div a muita emo\u00e7\u00e3o e sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de sonho realizado. Seus gestores frisaram que aquele momento representava a continua\u00e7\u00e3o da reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o tanto interna quanto externa do hospital.<\/p>\n<p>A unidade conta com novos leitos, ambiente climatizado, salas amplas, camas automatizadas, <em>smart tv<\/em> e uma equipe multidisciplinar que conquistou o mais auto n\u00edvel de excel\u00eancia da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Acredita\u00e7\u00e3o (ONA). Foram conclu\u00eddos tr\u00eas quartos individuais e duas enfermarias, totalizando sete leitos.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o diretor administrativo do Silvestre, El\u00f3i Marcondes, o ano de 2018 foi o in\u00edcio do projeto Novo Silvestre com foco na renova\u00e7\u00e3o e reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o do ambiente hospitalar e agora o hospital caminha a passos largos para que essa restrutura\u00e7\u00e3o aconte\u00e7a em toda a sua estrutura, mas agora com foco na reforma dos quartos, amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da Central de Materiais e Esteriliza\u00e7\u00e3o e reforma da fachada do hospital.<\/p>\n<p>O evento foi encerrado com uma ora\u00e7\u00e3o proferida pelo pastor Dener Rodrigo, que enfatizou a gratid\u00e3o de toda a equipe para com Deus, por todas as b\u00ean\u00e7\u00e3os
