Os 200 participantes puderam conhecer os projetos que a igreja pretende colocar em pr\u00e1tica no decorrer do ano e os meios de trabalho que s\u00e3o oferecidos. O encontro contou com a presen\u00e7a do pastor Ivayr Ara\u00fajo, l\u00edder do Minist\u00e9rio Jovem para MG, ES e RJ. Al\u00e9m dele, tamb\u00e9m esteve presente o pastor Udolci Zukowski que \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelos Desbravadores de toda Am\u00e9rica do Sul. O segundo falou expecificamente com os l\u00edderes desta agremia\u00e7\u00e3o e palestrou sobre os deveres de cada pessoa que ocupa um cargo dentro dos clubes.<\/p>\n<p>Os participantes tamb\u00e9m puderam conhecer os resultados obtidos j\u00e1 no primeiro projeto executado em 2017. O pastor Venefrides falou sobre os trabalhos feitos pelos 300 jovens que dedicaram suas f\u00e9rias para a Miss\u00e3o Calebe, em janeiro, e apresentou os resultados obtidos pore les. Aproveitando a oportunidade, o pastor tamb\u00e9m fez um convite para os jovens conhecerem o projeto Um Ano em Miss\u00e3o, um programa na qual o participante dedica um ano inteiro para o evangelismo mission\u00e1rio e o trabalho volunt\u00e1rio em prol de uma determinada comunidade.<\/p>\n<p>A primeira Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Jovem de 2017 tamb\u00e9m contou com a presen\u00e7a do pastor Elmar Borges, l\u00edder desses minist\u00e9rios para os tr\u00eas estados do sul do Brasil. Ele contou um pouco sobre a experi\u00eancia adquirida trabalhando nessa \u00e1rea e falou sobre a import\u00e2ncia das atividades desempenhadas. Alem disso, o pastor tamb\u00e9m fez um alerta sobre as peculiaridades do p\u00fablico jovem p\u00f3s-moderno que sente uma forte necessidade de se sentir incluso em um meio, mesmo questionando a validade das regras e institui\u00e7\u00f5es.
