[ASN] Aos 74 anos, a aposentada Maria Helena Lopes n\u00e3o fica parada. Jardineira, em casa trabalha com plantas ornamentais e tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 artes\u00e3. Ela \u00e9 uma dos 23,5 milh\u00f5es de idosos ativos do Brasil, n\u00famero este que vem aumentando gradativamente, segundo dados do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estat\u00edstica (IBGE). O casal convidado de Fortaleza, CE, foi o pastor aposentado Iz\u00e9as Cardosos e a esposa, a psic\u00f3loga Creunete Cardoso. Ambos aconselharam a viver em plenitude, viajar bastante e valorizar o c\u00f4njuge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para a vida<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aos 79 anos, o aposentado Luiz Rodrigues, que est\u00e1 passando uma temporada em Imperatriz. foi um dos participantes. \u201cGostei de tudo, das orienta\u00e7\u00f5es. De tudo mesmo!\u201d, considerou. Mas o evento n\u00e3o foi restrito apenas ao p\u00fablico evang\u00e9lico. \u201cSou cat\u00f3lica, mas gosto de participar de tudo que fala de Deus. Foi muito bom, pois percebemos que todos ficaram atentos e participativos. E os palestrantes foram excelentes\u201d, avalia.<\/p>\n<p>O congresso, que teve por tema \u201cViva com Vigor na Terceira Idade\u201d, esteve sob a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o geral do pastor Francinaldo Lima, l\u00edder do Minist\u00e9rio da Fam\u00edlia da Igreja Adventista para a regi\u00e3o sul do Maranh\u00e3o. Outros encontros menores ser\u00e3o realizados por congrega\u00e7\u00e3o ou regi\u00e3o durante este ano, sempre objetivando envolv\u00ea-los e orient\u00e1-los quanto \u00e0 sa\u00fade, os direitos e a longevidade.
