Em agosto de 1994, a Cl\u00ednica Adventista em Curitiba iniciou suas atividades com tr\u00eas funcion\u00e1rios e seis m\u00e9dicos. Hoje, depois de 22 anos, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o se expandiu, e atende\u00a0135 munic\u00edpios do Paran\u00e1 e 75 bairros de Curitiba. E para a melhoria de servi\u00e7os e atendimento, uma nova cl\u00ednica ser\u00e1 constru\u00edda. Diferentes literaturas e materiais que d\u00e3o embasamento \u00e0 mensagem de sa\u00fade adventista foram depositados no solo do terreno, como forma de dedica\u00e7\u00e3o do local a Deus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cN\u00f3s vemos um papel importante para a \u00e1rea m\u00e9dica. Entendemos que uma cl\u00ednica adventista com uma estrutura melhor, vai al\u00e9m de atender a sa\u00fade f\u00edsica das pessoas, e sim ajud\u00e1-las em sua vida espiritual. A igreja n\u00e3o investe para ter retorno de dinheiro. Classes A e B, pessoas que tem v\u00ednculos com empresas que s\u00e3o parceiras nossas, nossos clientes e at\u00e9 o corpo m\u00e9dico que trabalha conosco que n\u00e3o pertence \u00e0 mesma f\u00e9, t\u00eam sido alcan\u00e7ados. Ent\u00e3o para n\u00f3s, a cl\u00ednica \u00e9 um bra\u00e7o direito da prega\u00e7\u00e3o do evangelho\u201d, analisa o pastor Marlinton Lopes, l\u00edder da Igreja Adventista no Sul do Brasil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A primeira etapa do projeto deve contemplar consult\u00f3rios de especialidades, centro de diagn\u00f3stico por imagem, centro de medicina preventiva e \u00e1reas administrativas e de apoio. O local seguir\u00e1 o estilo de Hospital-Dia, onde ter\u00e1 \u00e0 a op\u00e7\u00e3o de interna\u00e7\u00e3o, se necess\u00e1ria, por\u00e9m sem pernoite. A ideia \u00e9 que os servi\u00e7os atendam os pacientes por completo. \u201cNossa inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que o paciente saia daqui s\u00f3 se precisar fazer uma interven\u00e7\u00e3o cir\u00fargica de m\u00e9dia ou alta complexidade.
