[ASN] Imbituba \u00e9 um munic\u00edpio litor\u00e2neo catarinense com 40 mil habitantes. A cidade \u00e9 considerada a capital nacional da Baleia-franca, atraindo um n\u00famero crescente de turistas. Ela ainda possui praias importantes como a Praia da Vila, palco de uma das etapas do principal campeonato de surf mundial. E nesta mesma cidade a igreja adventista tem se estabelecido com 900 adventistas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">E ontem, dia 21 de junho, a C\u00e2mara de Vereadores de Imbituba prestou uma homenagem ao povo adventista da cidade. \u201cTemos aqui na cidade sete congrega\u00e7\u00f5es e uma escola adventista. Entre os trabalhos sociais destacamos os dois clubes de aventureiros e de desbravadores. \u00c9 uma igreja respeitada\u201d, comenta o pastor Claiton Correia Luz que, juntamente com o pastor Lucas Dur\u00e3o, recebeu a medalha de honra ao m\u00e9rito concedida pela c\u00e2mara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A indica\u00e7\u00e3o para a homenagem foi feita pelo pr\u00f3prio presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal, o vereador Guilherme Santos Souza. A cerim\u00f4nia faz parte dos 58 anos de emancipa\u00e7\u00e3o de Imbituba.
