[ASN] O <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cvspoa.org.br\/\">Centro de Vida Saud\u00e1vel de Porto Alegre<\/a> come\u00e7ou, na \u00faltima semana, um projeto de reeduca\u00e7\u00e3o dos h\u00e1bitos di\u00e1rios, baseados nos oito rem\u00e9dios naturais. Trinta e cinco pessoas participam do programa intitulado Medida Certa, que tem o desafio de mudar a rotina dos participantes em nove semanas. A iniciativa \u00e9 promovida por volunt\u00e1rios do centro, desde o processo inicial de triagem, seguido do progn\u00f3stico cardi\u00e1tico, de gin\u00e1stica aer\u00f3bica, pilates e, ainda, caminhadas e testes que identificam quadros de estresse, depress\u00e3o e outros males.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leia tamb\u00e9m:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a \u00e1gua, do equil\u00edbrio, do repouso, dos exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos, da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel e da confian\u00e7a em Deus.<\/p>\n<p>O programa \u00e9 promovido por
