[ASN] Anualmente a equipe administrativa e t\u00e9cnica da Igreja Adventista no Sul do Brasil, Uni\u00e3o Sul Brasileira USB, realiza uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o com o objetivo de analisar o desempenho das equipes dos nove escrit\u00f3rios administrativos espalhados na regi\u00e3o Sul do Brasil. Os departamentos avaliados s\u00e3o: tesouraria, remessa de igrejas, contabilidade, recursos humanos, jur\u00eddico, inform\u00e1tica, caixas e patrim\u00f4nio, todos analisado de maneira minuciosa em diversos aspectos.<\/p>\n<p>Na Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Norte Paranaense a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ou ontem, 18 de outubro e vai at\u00e9 a pr\u00f3xima ter\u00e7a-feira (20). Os itens avaliados variam de apar\u00eancia externa, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, padr\u00e3o de procedimentos aos procedimentos mais simples e di\u00e1rios de cada uma das entidades.<\/p>\n<p>A inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que os campos da USB tenham um alto padr\u00e3o de procedimentos em todos os departamentos da igreja como explica o diretor financeiro da Igreja Adventista na regi\u00e3o Sul do pa\u00eds, pastor Davi Contri. \u201cA avalia\u00e7\u00e3o proporciona aos departamentos avaliados uma padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimentos nas \u00e1reas t\u00e9cnicas do SELS, educa\u00e7\u00e3o, religiosa e lojas. Este sistema de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o proporciona tamb\u00e9m o aperfei\u00e7oamento dos controles e qualidade dos servi\u00e7os que s\u00e3o prestados pela igreja. Outro benef\u00edcio \u00e9 a possibilidade de detectar e direcionar o treinamento e aten\u00e7\u00e3o as \u00e1reas mais carentes\u2019\u2019, destacou Davi.
