[ASN] Quase metade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira \u00e9 sedent\u00e1ria, \u00e9 o que mostra a pesquisa nacional de sa\u00fade feita em 2013, divulgada em 2014, no Brasil, 46% dos adultos s\u00e3o sedent\u00e1rios. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cvspoa.org.br\" target=\"_blank\">O Centro de Vida Saud\u00e1vel (CVS)<\/a> de Porto Alegre, tem realizado v\u00e1rias iniciativas para combater o sedentarismo na capital ga\u00facha, e uma dessas atividades s\u00e3o os grupos de caminhada e corrida. Uma atividade f\u00edsica aparentemente simples, mas que pode trazer resultados surpreendentes para a sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>O Centro de Vida Saud\u00e1vel oferece a oportunidade de realizar estas modalidades em grupo e tendo o acompanhamento de um preparador f\u00edsico.
