[ASN] Durante los d\u00edas 13 y 14 de diciembre del presente a\u00f1o, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el II Congreso Administrativo de la Asociaci\u00f3n Sur Austral de Chile bajo el lema \u201cVenid y volvamos a Jehov\u00e1\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada del d\u00eda 13 comenz\u00f3 a las 17:30 con una representaci\u00f3n de la historia de la Iglesia Adventista en Chile, luego se dio lectura a la apertura del II Congreso, concluyendo con la presentaci\u00f3n de los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os por parte del presidente, pr. Luis Araya. Al finalizar, se brind\u00f3 el espacio para que los delegados hicieran sus observaciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ceremonia bautismal y Presentaci\u00f3n-Recepci\u00f3n de nuevas iglesias<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un momento muy especial se pudo vivir durante el Congreso, donde se desarroll\u00f3 una ceremonia bautismal, Claudia Guajardo acept\u00f3 p\u00fablicamente a Jes\u00fas como su Salvador personal.<\/p>\n<p>Luego se presentaron diez nuevas iglesias ante la Asamblea General:<\/p>\n<p>La Pradera, Ya\u00f1ez Zabala, Vilc\u00fan, Suyailelb\u00fan, G\u00e9nesis, Maranatha, Los Lagos, Los Conquistadores, Villa Caupolic\u00e1n y La Uni\u00f3n Este.<\/p>\n<p>El d\u00eda 14 se comenz\u00f3 muy temprano con alabanzas y la lectura de las Sagradas Escrituras siguiendo el proyecto denominado Reavivados por Su Palabra, metodolog\u00eda de lectura diaria de la Biblia.<\/p>\n<p>El pastor Israel Jaramillo -secretario de la Iglesia Adventista a nivel nacional- fue quien comparti\u00f3 una meditaci\u00f3n especial hacia los presentes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Formaci\u00f3n de Comisiones<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se brind\u00f3 el espacio para que cada pastor con los delegados de las iglesias y grupos de sus distritos, eligieran a las personas para que formen parte de las Comisiones de Nombramiento, Planes y Programas.\u00a0Luego cada comisi\u00f3n se reuni\u00f3 en distintos salones para comenzar a realizar las sesiones.<\/p>\n<p>El Secretario y Tesorero presentaron sus informes respectivos de los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os, donde tambi\u00e9n se brind\u00f3 el espacio para las observaciones y preguntas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Administraci\u00f3n Asociaci\u00f3n Sur Austral de Chile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de Nombramiento propuso el nombre del pastor Aldo Mu\u00f1oz para cumplir la funci\u00f3n de presidente, al pastor Leonardo Gajardo para cumplir la funci\u00f3n de secretario y al hermano Claudio Pardo como tesorero. Los mismos fueron votados positivamente por la Asamblea General, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n los que cumplir\u00e1n funciones en los distintos departamentos de la Iglesia Adventista.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Departamentales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pr. Luis Contreras: Ministerio de Publicaciones, Literatura Denominacional y Mayordom\u00eda<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Rolando Montoya: Educaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miembros Rotativos <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rodrigo Alarc\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>Pablo Delgado<\/p>\n<p>Mar\u00eda Mu\u00f1oz<\/p>\n<p>Alejandro Mar\u00edn<\/p>\n<p>Patricio Rebolledo<\/p>\n<p><strong>La Comisi\u00f3n de Planes y Programas present\u00f3 a la Asamblea general las metas que se trabajar\u00e1n durante los pr\u00f3ximos cuatro a\u00f1os basados en Comuni\u00f3n, Relacionamiento y Misi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>META 1 (FOLLETOS DE ESCUELA SAB\u00c1TICA)<\/p>\n<p>Aumentar la proporci\u00f3n de folletos de Escuela Sab\u00e1tica (E.S.) por miembro de iglesia.<\/p>\n<p>Suscripciones:<\/p>\n<p>META: 2016: 7.683<\/p>\n<p>ALCANZADO: 6.332<\/p>\n<p>RELACION: 2,8 \/ META: 2,6<\/p>\n<p><strong>PLANES PROPUESTOS<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Que cada distrito cuente con un director de publicaciones, para adquirir y entregar los folletos de E.S.<\/li>\n<li>Que los l\u00edderes de GP tambi\u00e9n sean maestros de E.S.<\/li>\n<li>Realizar un plan de visitaci\u00f3n por parte del maestro de E.S. logrando tambi\u00e9n un seguimiento y evaluaci\u00f3n de la tarea realizada.<\/li>\n<li>Revivir la clase de maestro.<\/li>\n<li>Los maestros de E.S. deben ser autorizados por la junta de iglesia.<\/li>\n<li>Usar el term\u00f3metro de E.S. todos los s\u00e1bados.<\/li>\n<li>Presencia de Administradores y departamentales en las escuelas de Esperanza.<\/li>\n<li>Clases de E.S. m\u00e1s atractivas.<\/li>\n<li>Redise\u00f1ar el folleto de E.S.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>META 2 (MAYORDOMIA)<\/p>\n<p>Crecer en un 10% en diezmos y ofrendas<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Realizar el diagnostico espiritual al comienzo de cada a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>Apoyar el programa de los 10 d\u00edas de Oraci\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n a la fidelidad de la iglesia.<\/li>\n<li>Retomar y poner \u00e9nfasis en el tercer s\u00e1bado de mayordom\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Realizar asambleas trimestrales de cuenta p\u00fablica, donde se muestre la realidad econ\u00f3mica de la iglesia, y c\u00f3mo se utilizan sus diezmos y ofrendas.<\/li>\n<li>Tener un equipo que vaya a hablar de mayordom\u00eda en los GP.<\/li>\n<li>Realizar fin de semana de mayordom\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>Capacitar Ancianos y Departamento de Mayordom\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>Programa de s\u00e1bado: Visitaci\u00f3n (Pastor, ancianos y departamento de mayordom\u00eda).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>META 3 (GRUPOS PEQUE\u00d1OS)<\/p>\n<p>Aumentar el n\u00famero de miembros participando de Grupos Peque\u00f1os (GP)<\/p>\n<p>2015: 510 Grupos Peque\u00f1os<\/p>\n<p>Meta: 600 Grupos Peque\u00f1os<\/p>\n<p><strong>RELACION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HOY: 43 por Grupos Peque\u00f1os<\/p>\n<p>META: 36,6 por Grupos Peque\u00f1os<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cada miembro de junta de iglesia liderando o participando en GP<\/li>\n<li>GP pastoral: mentor\u00eda organizado por el MIPES para motivar a los pastores en esta estrategia<\/li>\n<li>Cada unidad de acci\u00f3n sea un GP<\/li>\n<li>Que en cada GP haya: actividades sociales, camarader\u00eda, fortalecimiento espiritual, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Que el pastor lidere un GP con los l\u00edderes de GP<\/li>\n<li>Que el calendario eclesi\u00e1stico involucre actividades de GP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>META 4 ( CRECIMIENTO EN BAUTISMOS)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Que cada iglesia desarrolle su plan misionero anual, votado por junta de iglesia, asamblea, tomando las bases de planificaci\u00f3n Comuni\u00f3n Relacionamiento y Misi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Que cada iglesia local desarrolle una \u201cEscuela Misionera\u201d para todos los miembros.<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollar las \u201cEscuelas de Esperanza\u201d trimestralmente en cada distrito.<\/li>\n<li>Contar con apoyo econ\u00f3mico para contratar Instructores B\u00edblicos (financiado por el distrito + Asociaci\u00f3n) para los distritos que superen el 30% de la meta planteada por el distrito.<\/li>\n<li>Fortalecimiento y creaci\u00f3n de nuevos Clubes de Conquistadores y Aventureros, como agencias ganadoras de almas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Durante estos dos d\u00edas, se realizaron distintos momentos de oraci\u00f3n para pedir por el Esp\u00edritu Santo para que brinde su conducci\u00f3n y sabidur\u00eda a los miembros de las distintas comisiones, para poder tomar las mejores decisiones que tengan que ver con el avance de la predicaci\u00f3n del evangelio hasta lo \u00faltimo de la tierra.
